URGENT LION CUB RESCUE

Please help today

With your help two illegally trafficked lion cubs Ben-Tzur and Ori, seized by Israel’s Police and Nature & Parks Authority (NPA), will be heading to the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary, South Africa this month. As tiny babies, Ben-Tzur was found tied to a tree and Ori was rescued from miserable conditions inside a house.

The cubs were due to move to a South African sanctuary but it was devastated by a wildfire in January – their potential home destroyed. The cubs were seized last year and rather than miss their chance of a new life due to this tragedy, ADI has taken over the rescue at short notice and will provide a home for life.  ADI is also currently caring for two lions evacuated during the sanctuary blaze, as long as is needed.

This is a big rescue to undertake at short notice and to raise the funds to cover the very substantial lifetime care costs of these youngsters who will hopefully have 20 years ahead of them, living as close as possible to what nature intended at the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary, South Africa.

Please help the rescue of Ben-Tzur and Ori, AND help the fight against wildlife trafficking.
